Decisions/Moods

The decisions I remember are the ones I now regret. For some reason, my inner critic likes to hold my nose in it. I guess it's an attempt to force me to make better choices in the future. The result is a spiral you don't escape and an ever-dwindling mood.

On the flip side, it is worth taking the time to remember and list out the positive decisions you have made over time. That list could include finishing a degree, finding a job, becoming a spouse, parenting a child, saving for a trip, paying off debt, reaching out to a friend.

These are decisions you made that may have encouraged another person, and even yourself. It can be hard to list off your good decisions. Hard should not be an obstacle to work. Some work is hard, some easy. In the end you will be doing work. Which work will you choose to do?

What good decision have you never given yourself credit for?

Here, I made this. My gift to you, for taking the time to read.
