From Chaos to Calm- Adult Coloring

Coloring is therapeutic, fun, and inexpensive.

Did you color as a child? I did. I still vividly remember a Spider-Man coloring book my mom bought me — and I have this distinct memory of Spider-Man underwater, trapped in the clutches of a giant octopus. I also recall the sheer sadness and terror of returning to my parents’ car on a hot summer day to find my 64-pack of crayons completely melted. I had left them in the back window all day.

Coloring books were something I left behind in childhood. Fast forward to around 2017, when adult coloring became popular — I picked up a few books and found myself coloring again. It was such a relaxing way to wind down.

Now, with the advent of AI tools and the ease of self-publishing, I decided to make my own coloring book.

I curated images from my blog posts and a few from my photo roll, had prompts generated by Claude, then reloaded those prompts into ChatGPT — and that’s how I created my book.
