What I welcome
Yesterday I wrote about my release list and it was fine, but then I said to myself: instead of just releasing, I need to start welcoming things in. So I made a list called What I Am Welcoming In and began to journal those statements on paper.
It felt like the mirror to my What I Am Leaving Behind list — something that’s not about letting go, but about inviting in, manifesting, and nurturing
Here’s my own list for this month, written as an intention-setting practice. I like to read each one slowly and breathe in deeply after each line. What is even better is writing them down on paper. I am doing that tonight while making tea.

A Reflection for You
If yesterday was about letting go, then today is about opening the door.
Releasing creates space — but what we choose to fill that space with matters.
I invite you to try this for yourself: take a piece of paper, write “What I Am Welcoming In” at the top, and let your pen wander. Don’t worry if your list feels small or uncertain at first. Each word you write is a seed.
And like all seeds, they grow best when you make room for them and breathe life into them every single day.
