Walk out of the error
I make mistakes. I try to admit them and take responsibility, yet part of me still wishes I didn’t make them at all. Each day is full of trouble, triggers, and trauma—but also triumphs. When I do mess up, I’m learning to mine it for wisdom and make a new decision instead of replaying the moment on a loop. It can feel like enough replaying might turn back time, but it can’t. Rumination fuels anxiety and worry; ownership and stillness create space for clarity and a better plan for next time.
What’s one mistake you’re ready to stop replaying—and what new choice will you make when it comes up again?
