On Frustration

When you reframe it, frustration can open possibilities. Say you set a goal, stumble, and feel that surge of irritation. Acknowledge it, then stand up and go again. Anger can make you act out; sadness can slide into self-deprecation. But frustration can be a stair step—shake it off and keep climbing. Let it propel you forward instead of keeping you stuck.
