Odd days
Good days and bad days get all the publicity. When someone asks, “How was your day?” the typical answer is “good”—maybe you earned enough stars for a free drink at Starbucks or your fantasy team won. Or it was “bad”—your car had a flat, you made an error at work, or an unexpected bill hit your bank account. But what about odd? Have you ever had an odd day? An odd day is when strange little things happen: a random stranger asks you to kill a spider on the street, your dog licks your ear, or you think you’ve lost your phone but it’s in your pocket. Odd can make you smile—and sometimes that’s all you need.
How would you define an odd day?
