Daylight Saving Time—spring forward—is typically a miserable Monday. In previous years, I think I finally woke up sometime around Thursday.

Today was different. Waking up was easy. Going into work was pleasant for a Monday morning, and I had good energy all day.

I didn’t follow any special formula—just my typical morning routine: drinking water first thing in the morning before coffee, and everything seemed to go well.

Hopefully tomorrow brings the same.
