In 2019 a trip to Starbucks involved standing in line and placing my order.

The same with Blaze Pizza, and Chipotle.

I enjoy Starbucks my son and I both enjoy pizza and burritos.

I resisted using mobile apps. For some strange reason waiting in line was fine.

It was slower.

Then came the COVID shutdowns. All of this changed. No longer would I wait in line.

Now it is mobile apps. Every order.

No more lines.

Order at home.

Walk in.

Pick up.

Walk out.

Very easy.
